Frame by frame exercises

It all started when I looked some liquid motion and started searching for tutorials on the internet of how to recreate them. The third animation went pretty well though.

The next below was for my reel. The whole animation was supposed to be longer, but I'll only finish everything when I have more time.


The next six animations are part of the exercises from Motion Design School course, Handdrawn FX. Morphing, smoke and liquid motion, a very challenging course.


For this one I first animated a jump with a little of perspective, and then I tried to apply it for a character. I choose Hellboy, I'm not a huge fan of the story, but I think he is a very cool designed character.


I hope you enjoy looking my journey as a 2d traditional animator. I definetely have a long way until I master this technique, but it's cool see where I started and where I'm right now. I'll keep updating this project and I'd love to know your opinion about my drawings.
